Free Magic Trick 1: Lighting a Used Match

Description:
The magician searches for a match to light a candle (or anything for that matter), but finds only used ones in his matchbook. The magician shrugs and lights a used match!
Modus Operandi:
The matches are only made to look used: the heads of the matches are colored black with a sharpie permanent marker, and then dipped into an ashtray full of ashes. The result is a handful of matches that will still light, but appear to be used.
Free Magic Trick 2: Water to Ice
Description:
Water is poured into a coffee mug, and when the cup is turned over, the water is found to have turned into ice as ice cubes fall to the table!
Modus Operandi:
The mug is prepared by placing a sponge into the bottom. The sponge has to fit snug so that when the mug is turned upside down, it will remain inside the mug. Finally, ice cubes are added, resting on top of the sponge. When water is poured into the mug, it will be absorbed by the sponge. As the cup is turned upside down, the ice cubes fall to the table.
