1. Miles McPherson's The ROCK meets at SDSU:

The Rock meets in Aztec Center at 10:30am, 5pm and 7:15pm each Sunday. Join your fellow students for a time of celebration, prayer, praise and a message from Miles.

CFSF ENDORSES THE ROCK CHURCH AND MILES MCPHERSON. CFSF ARE INVITED TO ATTEND WEEKLY. (CHURCH WAS NEVER THIS DYNAMIC BEFORE!) come to lunch on wed. and find out how faculty can easily promote the rock church to students in your classes. the special series on sexuality on todays campus starts soon.

2. Semi-Annual Tijuana Orphanage Drive, Saturday, Nov 17, 2001:

MEET AT MCDONALDS ON E ST. AND I-5 SOUTH IN CHULA VISTA AT 10 A.M. DROP OFF PLACES ARE THE FACULTY STAFF CENTER, THE LIBRARY EAST TEST OFFICE, AND 302 STORM HALL (IN THE ALCOVE.) USE BLACK PLASTIC TRASH BAGS AND CARD BOARD BOXES. Call 594-5482 for more information.

NEEDED ARE CHILDRENS CLOTHES, DIAPERS AND TOILETRIES, TOYS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS. START GATHERING UP ARTICLES FOR DROP OFF. DROP OFF SITES TBD on SDSU campus. WE HAVE HAD GOOD PARTICIPATION IN THE PAST.

3. Far East Tour – May & June 2002

Three (3) week FAR EAST Tour led by FREDERICK STUTZ, Professor of Geography, departs MAY 26, 2002, and will cover the highlights of China, Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and Bali. Call (619) 588-9244 for a brochure.
