Directions to the Department of Chemistry
& Biochemistry at San Diego State University
We are in the Chemical
Sciences Laboratory building at the corner of College Ave. and Alvarado
Rd., just off Interstate 8. Our lab is located in CSL 325
Visitors arriving via I-5, I-15, or I-805 MapQuest
* Take I-8 east to College Ave exit.
* Bear right at the College Ave. off-ramp, but move into second lane from
the right before the traffic light at Alvarado Rd.
* Go straight through the traffic light at Alvarado, and turn sharp right
just past the intersection to enter driveway for the Chemical Sciences Building.
* Pull up to the parking kiosk on the left, where parking assistance is available
during regular working hours.
