Bioinformatics
Project: In this project, artificial neural networks are
used for the reconstruction of the regulatory network that patterns
the chordate nerve cord in Ascidians. Gene expression levels of
the organism were recorded through a temporal microarray experiment
throughout the development stage from embryo to a tadpole-like larva
(an 18 hour process).
