The class will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 1900 to 2015 (7:00 pm to 8:15 pm) in (currently) GMCS314.

Email is the probably the best means of communicating with me during the day; I am generally not reachable by phone in any reliable sense. If you want a timely response, be sure to use the email address provided in class, and not the ones above. After class is reserved for office hours, but if nobody shows up I may go home.
There will be two midterms and a final exam, and at least two projects.
These are the approximate weights I intend to use when computing your grade:

We will be following most of the topics in Pfleeger and using the text as a rough guide to the order that we tackle the topics.
