Proposal for Parcel Manager Tutorial

The Residence Life Office for Eleanor Roosevelt College at University of California, San Diego acts as an intermediary for packages sent to the students living in its residence halls and apartments. The ResLife Office uses a software program called Parcel Manager to log and distribute the packages. Student workers primarily use the Parcel Manager to input packages.

Unfortunately, there is a great deal of turnover among the student workers and there is constant need to train employees how to use the Parcel Manager. A web-based tutorial would help facilitate individualized instruction without requiring a supervisor to take time to provide training.
