DSCE collects member e-mail addresses for the purpose of communicating with members for administrative purposes and for distributing designated e-publications. If you choose to provide an e-mail address, you may expect 1-5 messages per semester directly related to your DSCE membership (such as confirmation of renewal), related to critical association issues (such as elections), or transmitting e-publications (such as interest section, newsletters, BookClub). Members who wish not to receive such messages may request removal of their e-mail addresses from their member records entirely. Member e-mail addresses are provided only to current DSCE leaders. DSCE does not offer any public membership directory.
The above policies do not address privacy issues related to members who opt to join and participate in public Web-based bulletin board discussions. If you participate in the DSCE BookClub and DSCE Weblog, your e-mail address may be visible to other participants.
