Our Story

We are just like you. We are motivated Graduate Business students who want to get the most out of our MBA experience. We want to have fun and learn more about promising career opportunities. Consequently, the Consulting industry is perfect for SDSU Graduate Business students. It’s challenging, lucrative, and there are numerous opportunities in San Diego. So, what did we do? We started a student organization. One that would educate students about the opportunities in the Consulting industry; one that would connect students with actual Consulting professionals; one that wouldn’t consider business and pleasure as mutually exclusive.

Thus, The Business Consulting Group (BCG) was born.

Our mission? Promote understanding and facilitate connections between SDSU, Career Services, and local Consulting firms through fun events, networking opportunities, and educational workshops. With your help, we are confident that we can create a legacy at SDSU and establish a history of qualified SDSU Consulting alumni.
