Embarassing Musical Moment: When Sunset Clefs performed at this December's winter show with Pacific Coast Harmony, I was in charge of blowing the pitches for each song. At the first show, to a completely silent room, I blew notes that sounded like a dying cow which the audience kept laughing at. PCH liked it so much they made me do the pitches for the night show to get big laughs from the crowd again. It wasn't so funny the second time around! Sorry Clefs, I don't know how you sounded so amazing with my horrible pitch blowing. :( So now I have an arch nemesis...the pitch pipe.

Favorite song to sing: Oh so so many to choose from! I hate to pick a favorite -- I don't want to hurt the feelings of the unchosen ones! But "Heaven" will always have a special place in my heart (and my repertoire), as it was once my solo song.

Semester you joined the Clefs:Spring 2005
Musical Background: Started singing for church when I was five, and continued in plays and school groups until high school. I made it into our towns/schools top jazz group as a junior and we had around sixty performances that year, and we went to New York and were National Grand Champions of their jazz festival. Continued in that group my senior year, then quit singing until I joined the clefs.
Favorite song to sing:(currently) “Better Days”
Favorite song of all time: “Here’s Where I Stand” (From the movie Camp)
Favorite Clefs Song: Dear Boy/Heaven
Embarrassing Musical Moment: First time I ever sang with the above mentioned jazz group, at our first performance, I came in singing during an instrumental moment, just me and the rhythm section for about three seconds while my brain computed the you just fu**ed up error message. Yeah, that sucked.
Just FYI:N/A
If you could be a super hero, what would your name and power be?: My name would be (since Beast is taken) Dragon, or The Dragon for the “the” effect. I would have dragon like wings and my arms, back, legs and tail (yes, I’d have a tail) would be covered with impenetrable scales. Instead of normal feet I would have large serrated claws, and I’d be able to shoot energy blasts from my mouth, though my power source is quickly diminished if this energy is used too long or too much. Mostly I am a melee fighter, oh, and I would have a cool roar.
