Welcome to Lieutenant Bob Hill’s San Diego State University’s Educational Technology (EDTEC) portfolio. As the above statement implies, one of the reasons I was drawn to the EDTEC field was to be a part of changing the way we receive training in the United States Coast Guard. Though I am relatively new to the field of EDTEC, I see that I have already been attempting to utilize the tools that I will be exposed to in this program.
