Takes risks and learns from mistakes. Strives to evaluate their work fairly. Thrive when they think of assignment guidelines as a launching point for their imagination.

  Many people wrongly believe that they can’t lead creative lives. A flexible attitude sets the stage for more creative responses.

• Foster Creativity

  Don’t accept other people’s blueprints. Be vigilant about what others can’t see. Differentiate the good from the bad. Take the plunge before you’re an expert. Concentrate on the big picture. Take sensible risks. Motivate yourself intrinsically. Shape environments that will support your creativity. Actively pursue your creative life.

  Flow	a heightened state of pleasure from being completely absorbed in mental and physical challenges.
  Everyone is capable of achieving flow. Creative people regularly experience flow.

• How To Facilitate Flow

  Seek a surprise every day. Surprise at least one person every day. Write down each day, what surprised you and how you surprised others. When something sparks your interest, follow it. Wake up in the morning with a specific goal. Take charge of your schedule.
