Using PDF Factory
  • Open MS Word (or any other program)
  • Create or edit the file that you want to convert
  • Click FILE
  • Click PRINT

  1. Click the down arrow next to the NAME box
  2. Select DEMO PDF Factory as your printer

  1. Demo pdfFactory should now appear in the name box
  2. Click OK

  • Fool around with the tabs if you like
  • Click SAVE

  1. Click the arrow next to the SAVE IN box
  2. Select the desktop

  1. "Desktop" should now appear in the SAVE IN box
  2. Type in your name
    • last name, the underscore character and your first name
    • If your name is Ron Ocerous then type oserous_ron
    • Don't worry about the ".PDF" extension. The program will add it automatically
  3. Click SAVE

Now return to the assignment page and submit
