The tape begins with several seconds of the preceding footage (to show context as the airplane was being loaded, followed by a sudden jump to the shooting) and then several seconds of static to show the tape ran out. The tape of the actual shooting is from a low and distorted angle because the NBC cameraman who filmed the shooting had fallen to the ground after being severely wounded. He was killed by a coup-de-grace shot a few moments later.
