Real Estate Investment Society

Library

The REIS Library is for the exclusive use of active members of our organization.  The books and tapes available in our library do not belong to SDSU and cannot be found at the RELUI or in the SDSU Main Library.

Books can be borrowed from REIS by sending an email to our founding father, Matthew Gardner at matthewgardner@msn.com.  Please put “REIS Library” in the subject line and send your email at least 24 hours prior to a REIS general meeting.

To borrow a book from the REIS library you must bring a personal check to the meeting made out to "Real Estate Investment Society."  The amount of the check will be the current replacement value of the materials borrowed.  YOUR CHECK WILL NOT BE CASHED!  We will hold your un-cashed check until you return the borrowed materials back to the organization.

In the event that the borrowed materials are lost or remain in your possession for longer than 30 days, your check will be cashed and we will be forced to order replacements so that other member will have access to our exclusive library materials.  We will take every step to contact you regarding your delinquency after the third week that you are in possession of the loaned materials.  To this date, we are thankful to our members that we have not had to cash anyone's personal check.

REIS-pect the privilege of having access to our library for conducting your independent REIS-earch to complement the classroom academics!
