REIS was formed to provide real estate majors at San Diego State University with an arena to discuss modern real estate land use issues, to complement classroom academics, explore professional opportunities and to form lasting connections!
Currents
Our three semesters as a recognized organization at SDSU have been a tremendous success and it could not have been done without all of the hard work and dedication from our talented members! We have enjoyed many exciting events, speakers and social events. We took part in the Secrets of Power Negotiating Tape Series, REIS Sailing Adventure, REIS Golf Outing, as well as some off campus real estate seminars and presentations with SDCIA, Marshall Reddick, Coldwell Banker, Pulte Homes, and the SDAR Real Estate Expo. At our meetings we have had many respected speakers who are experts in their fields and our social events included an end of the year barbeque and an alumni mixer at the Brigantine.
We would like to thank the ABSC for their full support and encouragement!
Our Fall 2004 semester looks promising and even more productive
with the election of an energetic new executive board!
We are open to all majors and there are no dues!

Joe Bonin Chairman
ECP Commercial Joe began his real estate career as an
apartment manager in 1988. Since that time, he has held positions in property
management, leasing, sales and development. His current portfolio of
responsibility includes 18 multi-tenant industrial complexes totaling 600,000
square feet, 3 retail projects totaling 50,000 square feet, and 3 office
properties totaling 45,000 square feet. Working difficult transactions is
Joe's specialty and has completed many investment and land development
