Purpose: The MWSSLS committee discusses technology news and issues that affect the
campus use of technology and crosses college/department reporting lines. The committee is also
responsible for developing and updating the minimum computer workstation specifications
for the campus and coordinating software site licenses and
volume purchase agreements for the campus.
Meetings: Meetings are open to all interested parties. Please check with Diana
Osborn, MWSSLS chairperson, to verify time and location. Agendas are emailed
prior to the monthly meeting. Please submit agenda items one week in advance
of the next meeting.

Please Note: As of September 8, 2009, the Instructional Academic Computing Committee has been disbanded and
associated activites of the committee are being turned over to the MWSSLS Committee. See

The Minimum Workstation and Software Site License Subcommittee (MWSSLS) is
a subcommittee of the IT Managers Committee. It is comprised of
campus Information Technology staff representing all campus colleges/divisions
and auxilaries. Please contact Diana Osborn to join the committee
