Diana Osborn, Chair

Identity Management System
The Consultants are here for two weeks.  They are working on integrating Mirapoint and Meeting Maker into LDAP.  There should be more information to report in June.  Rich will send out a campus announcement when the system is ready.

IT Security Office update

Three big areas of the IT Security Audit are closing at the end of June.  Department milestone plans for each area need to be turned in to Felecia or John.  Felecia reminded everyone to use the modified template which was sent out.  All reports need to be on the same template and should be in Word or Excel. PDF files should not be sent. Academic affairs milestone reports should be sent to John Ross.

Security training is still going on.

The IT Security Office is in the process of doing Payment Card Assessment.  The surveys must be turned in by this Friday, May 22nd.

The KPMS audit scans relate to the PCI Assessment in addition to closing CSU Audit items. We must have a clean campus scan to pass PCI compliance. The Foundstone high vulnerability machines will be taken off the network on Friday (May 22nd),  and medium vulnerability machines off the network on May 29th.

Log Management
The committee will meet after Memorial Day and pull together and rank their findings.  They will send out to MWSSLS group.
