John Ross will be presenting Deep Freeze to Academic Affairs for funding.HiSoftware Training
Cyndi Chie distributed a handout regarding the training scheduled between March and June. The training covers all employees including auxiliaries. Software can be installed in labs but does require each machine to be touched for activation. Training manuals will be available for on campus only (i.e., no students).Calendar/Email Committee
CATS Update
The RFP is currently being written.
The CATS Conference will take place March 25th - 28th. The sponsore attendees are Andre Inocente, Carol Tohsaku, Jon Rizzo. Diana Osborn and Ginger Stockdale will also be attending. End Note

One professor suggested rather than spending funds on Mathematica, we upgrade our Maple license. The actual response from faculty in Sciences and Engineering was 4 interested users. This topic was determined to not have enough interest to continue on the agenda.Next MWSSLS meeting will be on April 19th at 10 a.m. in AH-1120.
