Diana announced that the Deep Freeze purchase has been funded, but the campus has not received the access codes as of yet. Maintenance was purchased for the products/licenses the campus already owns.Software Survey
The online software survey is currently being redesigned into a more straight-forward process. Changes include: alphabetical listing of Titles, versions will be listed separately, and users will be able to either manually update their portion or upload a spreadsheet of data for their portion. The IT Managers have taken an interest in the survey and are using it for coverage of ATI needs, checking vulnerabilities and license counts.Adobe (formerly Macromedia) Software Update
Diana stated they are 90% sure that the campus will get everything that was asked for via the data reporting to Celia Chavez on Adobe (formerly Macromedia) software unmet needs and update.RefWorks
Diana reports that RefWorks will not be renewed. The current 800+ accounts must be converted or the data will be gone at the end of the month.EndNote
