Academic Affairs has paid for their portion of the contract. Associated Students and Extended Studies need to pay separately but reference the contract agreement number to get the same discounted price.McAfee Update

CSU has negotiated a contract that allows for individual purchase of the product at the previously quoted site license price of $21 per copy. Orders should go through CompucomLDAP
There will be a campus LDAP server. There is a committee in place to look at what that will be, however SIMSR has to have one in place before the Spring semester and will be implementing the Oracle one.Portal
The portal committee have selected to use the Oracle product since it is free with the Oracle contract.Accessibility Summit
Cyndi Chie will be attending the Accessibility Summit at Long Beach on Sept 21. All CSU web pages will have to comply. She will provide an update report at the next meeting.Central Stores Announcements
Central Stores wants to know if their announcements can go directly to the mwssls list. The committee attendees prefer that announcements go through the IACC committee instead.Next MWSSLS meeting will be October 18, 2001 in AH-1120 at 10 a.m.
