Kuntara Pukthuanthong

Associate Professor of Finance

 

Pukthuanthong’s main research interests are entrepreneurial finance, valuation, international finance and asset pricing. She received B.A. in Economics from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, M.B.A. in Finance from Washington University, and Ph.D. in Finance from University of California, Irvine. In the area of Finance, she is specialized in Some of her research has been published in the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial Markets, Journal of Corporate Finance, Financial Review, Economic Note, Pacific Basin Finance Journal, Applied Financial Economics, Financial Analysts Journal, Journal of Investment Management, Journal of Portfolio Management, Global Finance Journal, and Venture Capital Journal.

 

Dr. Pukthuanthong is a Lamfalussy Fellow at the European Central Bank in 2010.

Dr. Pukthuanthong is a Professor-in-Residence at Research Affiliates, Newport Beach, CA.
