Minitab commands for the linear regression analysis:

scatter plot:
  Graph > Plot

LS regression:
  Stat > Regression > Regression
  For C.I. and P.I. based on a future x value, click Options and enter the new
     x value under "Predition intervals for new observations". You also get to 
     specify the confidence level (1-alpha).
  If you want to output residuals to the worksheet, click "Storage..." in the 
     regression window and then check "Residuals" under Diagnostic Measures. 

Correlation coefficient:
  Stat > Basic Statistics > Correlation
