From San Francisco one can drive down to Los Angeles. The city offers great shopping options and night life. The city is center to many must-visit tourist spots around. If you are on low budget, stay in LA, rent a car and visit the surrounding places. From downtown LA, take an hour ride to Disneyland in the Anaheim County. If you are with kids, your kids will love you for taking them to Disneyland. Also from LA, one can drive to Universal City. The Universal Studios offer some of the most breathtaking rides. Take a behind the scene tour of the studios. See the sets of some of the most popular movies like King Kong and Psycho. Also from an hour driving is Hollywood. At Hollywood, its time to get younger then you is. Downtown LA also offers some wonderful shopping and dining options. Drive down either in your car or hop on one of the many tours and see the Beverly Hills. One of the most posh residential and shopping areas, Beverly Hills is home to some of the biggest names in Hollywood. See the big mansions of these big stars, see where they shop and dine and if the day is your lucky day who knows you may spot a Tom Cruise relaxing on the lawns of his villa.

From LA, steer your automobiles to San Diego. Visit one of the largest amusement parks of USA, the Sea World. Also don’t miss the San Diego Zoo; see the big cats in wild in a safari ride. The beaches of San Diego are a preferred destination for those who would like to get some tan on the vacation. San Diego is also home to some yesteryear Hollywood biggies.
