JHSSD-Current Events Collection

This on-going collection assembles various documents that reflect current events within the Jewish Community of San Diego. At the present time, the collection consists of a New York Times article from May 24, 1998 on the historic Temple Beth Israel Synagogue in Old Town; a chronology of the history of Judaism at San Diego State University, along with other documents pertaining to Jewish Studies at SDSU through the Lipinsky Institute for Judaic Studies; programs, announcments, and correspondence relating to Jewish Community events.
