Activities and EventsSummer ActivitiesOn an occasional basis, IRSC organizes with regional partners, BorderLink, an intensive applied research program for advanced undergraduate and graduate students from SDSU, the Autonomous University of Baja California, and other institutions of higher education. Under faculty leadership, binational BorderLink teams of students research specific issues of interest to agencies or clients in the region and prepair oral and written reports of outcomes and results.
