On an occasional basis, IRSC organizes with regional partners, BorderLink,
an intensive applied research program for advanced undergraduate and graduate
students from SDSU, the Autonomous University of Baja California, and other
institutions of higher education. Under faculty leadership, binational BorderLink
teams of students research specific issues of interest to agencies or clients
in the region and prepair oral and written reports of outcomes and results.
