If Netscape can't find the student profile
Netscape 4 wants to know the name of a profile to use when it opens. The master image we load into the machines has a profile named 'student' defined. But Netscape sometimes gets confused about which it should use. It usually takes 2 mouse clicks (or pressing return plus 1 mouse click) to tell it to use the 'student' profile.
If you see:
Just agree by clicking the 'yes' button or pressing the 'return' key on your keyboard. Then you should see:
At this point, click the button below the 'Netscape Users' list. If 'student' is selected (which it should be if it is the only profile), the button will be labeled 'Select student' . If someone has created additional profiles, an additional mouseclick will be needed to select which one to use before clicking the selection button.
