SDSU Program Costs:

The cost of the Oxford program will be $2,685 and will include:

Additional costs not included in the above fee include: Airfare (approximately $900); Health/ medical insurance; Meals & Transportation (Approximately $750); Books & supplies (Approximately $100); Passport ($97.00); and personal shopping/optional travel excursion costs.

Payment Schedule and Required Forms

PRIORITY DEADLINE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2008  -  Space is limited. Apply early to secure your spot!
Application Deadline: Friday, February 27, 2009

Return your completed application along with $700 deposit, and two original color passport style photographs (with your name printed on the back) to:

Financial Aid

Students who are enrolled in 6 SDSU units during the summer may be eligible for financial aid. For further information, please contact the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships in SSW 3605, or call (619) 594-1632.

In addition, the SDSU Division of Undergraduate Studies, including the University Honors Program is offering a limited number of study abroad scholarships. Please contact Karey Sabol, International Coordinator for the Division of Undergraduate Studies at ksabol@mail.sdsu.edu.

Refund Policy

Programs cancelled prior to departure due to insufficient enrollments, terrorism, and government advisories or questionable safety of an area provides 100% refunds.

If the program is cancelled the College of Extended Studies does not accept responsibility for any airfare or non program cancellation fees which may be incurred.

Participants who need to cancel must do so in writing to the College of Extended Studies’ Travel Study Office.
