• Liaison between various internal and client teams to ensure consistent understanding.
• Led application process for Information Technology Support Services Master Agreement (ITSSMA) application. ITSSMA certification makes HMS a pre-approved vendor for LA County; a requirement for many RFPs.

• Collaboratively developed a competency model and uniform data set from over 50 disparate client sources.
