My name is Hisham Foad and I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at San Diego State University.

My research focuses on the effects of monetary union, the effects of immigrant networks on investment, and how social capital affects international trade and investment

Worldwide Immigration Database Information on the relative concentration of immigrant groups in 28 developed countries. Cleaned up OECD dataset.
Dataset used in "Swapping Print" Useful information on international newspaper trade and immigration.
Bilateral Equity Holdings Database from the CPIS used in my paper, Equity Home Bias in the EMU.
US Immigration by city Breaks down the concentration of immigration in the US across a wide range of cities. Has some demographic information as well.
