Undergraduate Request Form To Enroll in Graduate Level Courses (Courses 600-700)

In order to enroll in 600-700 level graduate level courses, an undergraduate senior must have completed a minimum of 90 units, with a GPA of 3.0 or better in their last 60 units. This form must be signed by the instructor and the Division of Graduate Affairs before the course is added to an undergraduate's schedule.
