Graduate Student Orientation
The new Graduate Student Orientation is now available! The online orientation has been designed to provide new graduate students with vital information to assist with the transition to graduate school, and to succeed throughout the duration of their graduate program. The Graduate Student Orientation will be available on this website permanently, so please feel free to reference it at any time. And don't forget that the Graduate and Research Affairs Office is here to assist you as you embark on this new educational experience. Deadlines
April 4th: Final day for submission of thesis without risk. Your thesis will be reviewed in time for you to make required corrections and obtain final approval from Montezuma Publishing by the May 18th deadline.
April 5th-May 22nd: Thesis will be accepted on at-risk basis.
May 9th: Last day for departments to report successful completion of comprehensive examination to the Graduate Division and submit Late Schedule Adjustments.
May 18th (noon deadline ) : Deadline for final clearance by Montezuma publishing assuring Spring 2011 graduation, for thesis that have been defended, formatted and have received final approval.
May 22nd: Final day to submit thesis to Montezuma Publishing for review without having to enroll in 799B for the following semester.
