Graduate Student Orientation
The new Graduate Student Orientation is now available! The online orientation has been designed to provide new graduate students with vital information to assist with the transition to graduate school, and to succeed throughout the duration of their graduate program. The Graduate Student Orientation will be available on this website permanently, so please feel free to reference it at any time. And don't forget that the Graduate and Research Affairs Office is here to assist you as you embark on this new educational experience. September 9th: Last day to add/drop classes and withdraw from the university.
September 11th: Last day to apply for fall 2013 graduation.
November 4th: Without Risk- Final Deadline for submitting thesis to Montezuma Publishing for thesis review to have the best possibility for graduation in fall 2013.
November 5th- December 31st: At Risk - Thesis may be submitted to Montezuma Publishing for review. However, fall 2013 graduation is contingent upon review approval and completion of final publishing by noon December 31, 2013. Students missing the final deadline will be required to reapply for graduation for the term in which they expect to graduate.
November 22nd: Last day to submit Incomplete and RP grade removals (excluding 799A).
December 6th: Last day to report completion of comprehensive examination.
December 11th: Last day to submit a Late Schedule Adjustment form.
December 20th: Final - Thesis review process, including publishing, must be completed by noon to Montezuma Publishing to assure fall 2013 graduation.
December 31th: Last Day to Submit: Final day, by noon to submit thesis to Montezuma Publishing for review without having to enroll in 799B for the following semester.
