Request to Change Concentration/Specialization
This form is used when a student wishes to change their degree, major, concentration or specialization without changing department. However, if the change in degree objective results in the student working with a new graduate adviser, the student will need to submit an Application for Classified Graduate Standing instead of the Request to Change Degree Objective.
