A. How do I go about reordering a diploma?Reissued diplomas can be ordered for a fee of $12. The order form can be downloaded and printed from the following link: http://www-rohan.sdsu.edu/~gra/grad/gradreissuediploma.html Fee for a reissued diploma is paid to the SDSU Cashiers Office.
B. How long will it take to get my reissued diploma?Your diploma should be delivered within 6-8 weeks of your order.
C. How will my name appear on my reissued diploma?Your name will appear on the transcript as it appeared when you were a student at SDSU. If you have subsequently changed your name, you must officially change your name on record with the Office of the Registrar before we can print your new name on a diploma.
D. What seal and signatures will be included on my reissued diploma?The reissued diploma will display the current SDSU seal and be signed by the current CSU and State of California officeholders.
