Paid Internships (Special Project)

We, Centara Capital Management Group, Inc, are looking for an intern to join the team and assist in a wide range of activities including, but not limited to: assisting in client intakes, financial modeling, preparing marketing materials and a variety of administrative tasks. This position provides a great opportunity for students interested in working in an entrepreneurial environment with a focus on finance, structured insurance products and bringing new financial instruments to market.

Qualifications include: Ability to analyze complex financial information and present in an understandable fashion, willingness to further industry specific knowledge base in various marketplaces including life insurance, estate planning and asset management, ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced team environment.

Centara Capital Management Group, Inc. is a boutique wealth management firm that coordinates the expertise of in-house CFP® professionals, CPAs and Attorneys to serve the distinct planning needs of affluent families. We are approximately 30 employees and located in Mission Valley. $10 per hour. Candidate will be able to schedule at least 15 – 25 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Internship Opportunity at Pure Financial Advisors
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is planning to go into the field of personal financial planning after graduation and is also planning on sitting for the CFP Board exam.  This is a great chance to get yourself in the door and familiar with comprehensive financial planning.  We are a start-up firm that organized in mid 2007 and is rapidly growing.  Our model is vastly different from anything else that is out there as we have the ability to package tax and estate planning with investment, retirement, and insurance planning.  Also, all of our advisors are salaried and certified by CFP Board.  The focus of our firm is the financial plan itself, which is somewhat similar to the one you have the option of writing in your class.
