Periodic Evaluations
The Periodic Evaluation process is intended to give faculty feedback on their performance. Periodic Evaluations do not include reappointment recommendations and do not result in personnel actions.
Periodic Evaluations occur at different intervals for different faculty personnel.
- Lecturers - evaluations take place annually.
- Probationary faculty - the evaluation takes place in the first year of a two-year appointment.
- Tenured faculty (Including FERP) - the evaluation takes place a minimum of every five (5) years.
