Students will pay a test fee of $75 (plus possible additional charge imposed by Test Center). Fees are subject to change because of increased charges by language learning centers.

Professionals will pay a test fee of $100. (plus possible additional charge imposed by Test Center).

If the test-taker does not pass EXIGE, s/he may re-take the exam at the same institution within one year from the first attempt.  The test-taker will pay $50 for the second attempt for one or all parts of EXIGE. Professionals will pay $75 for a re-take.

If the test-taker fails on the second attempt, s/he should wait a period of time from the date of the second attempt to re-take the exam.  It is expected that the test-taker will spend that time in preparation.  S/he will pay ($75/$100), if the person wishes to take EXIGE a third time.
