Prerequisites:  ENS 210, ENS 303, ENS 304 & ENS 314 (NOTE: You must show proof of prerequisite completion to take this class)

 

Purpose:     To develop knowledge about and understand the science of exercise programming and/or physical activity for apparently healthy persons and persons with clinical conditions.

*Note*:   Class Project will be fully discussed and expectations/objectives given BEFORE  Spring Break!!!!!  You will receive a handout for this project!
