Registration and Participant Information
- Recruiting:
- The Institute will focus on recruitment at advanced graduate student and the post-doctoral - within five years of obtaining a Ph.D., levels. Priorities will be given to students whose theses works and/or demonstrated research interests are directly related to the theme of energy, water, and global change and those interested in developing lasting collaborative relationships and actively pursuing future international research projects.
- Registration:

Invited lecturers, Ph.D. students, and post-docs need not pay for conference
registration. PASI will cover full or partial expenses associated with this
conference for all qualified lecturers, Ph.D. students, and post-docs. All
participants who want to apply for financial support should follow the
application guideline (see "Application for Support").
All other participants must pay the registration fee and cover their expenses. The conference charges are as follows:
Invited lecturers and qualified attendees: No charge Other Participants: Early bird: $400, on or before March 31, 2010 Regular charge: $500, after March 31, 2010 Ph. D. students and post-docs: $300, on or before March 31, 2010 $400, after March 31, 2010
Registration includes dinner reception and transportation from San Diego to Ensenada. For qualified invited lecturers and qualified attendees all costs including transportation, accomodation, and meals will be covered for the duration of the conference. With the exception of lecturers who will be given a single room per person, two partcipants may be assigned to a room.
Payment will be processed through the San Diego State University Research Foundation cashiers.
