Successful applicants will generally possess at least 10 years of professional full-time work experience, and will have held an executive or management level position for more than five years. | Potential for career advancement |
 | Support from your employing organization |
Academic Qualifications
 | A baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association |
 | Previous graduate-level coursework, when available |
 | Performance on the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT)
 | GMAT can be waived for applicants with a 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA in a quantitative discipline (This is determined on a case-by-case basis, during your pre-applicant interview) |
|
Additional Criteria
 | Potential contributions to the learning experience of the class |
 | Professional maturity and motivation |
 | Ability and willingness to make a 21-month commitment |
 | Community service and professional activities |
The pre-applicant interview is an integral part of the admissions process and provides you with the opportunity to elaborate upon your qualifications and to ask questions about the suitability of the program to your specific needs. You may schedule your required interview either before or after you apply.
If you have questions about the admission process, would like additional information sent to you, or wish to schedule a pre-application interview appointment, please contact the Executive and Specialized Programs office at embainfo@sdsu.edu or (619) 594-6010.
