August 1950 - Red is called back into the USAF and stationed at Patterson Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO.

August 1952 - To Stead AFB, Reno, NV. Search & Rescue Unit flying C-47 . Dec searched for C-47 crash wreckage.

August 1953 - To Hunter AFB, Savannah, Georgia. Strategic Air Command flying B-47s, KC-97s on missions to Morocco.

July 1956 - Daughter Elizabeth Marie born.

December 1958 - To Barksdale AFB, Bossier City, LA to fly KC-135s and B-52s.

June 1960 - 1967 -To Castle Air Force Base, Merced, CA. Strategic Air Command & Instructor. Major Reiling retires.
