Web Sites for Book Acquisition
You can check out the books at our local SDSU Bookstore or you can inquire about the books' availability by sending them an e-mail at ezbooks@sdsu.edu.

There are a number of external web sites students can use to compare the prices of textbooks and to order them online. One site that gives fairly competitive price is: www.ecampus.com.

The quickest way to find textbooks on this site is to search by ISBN (for books) or ISSN (for journals or serials) numbers.

If you have only the title and the author of the books, but no serial number, you might wish to visit: www.bookarea.com.

After you obtain the ISBN or ISSN number, you can compare the price of the book and shipping charge among the three sites and decide which one gives you a better bargain. Delivery is fairly quick --- about a week or less.
