Credentials for Dr. Nowak Dr. Eugene Nowak is a Board Certified Dermatologist who received his Medical Training at MidWestern University where he was appointed to the Sigma Phi National Honor Society. He completed his Residency at the POH Medical Center, through Michigan State University, acting as Chief Resident and Resident-Liason to the American Ostheopathic College of Dermatology Board of Directors. Dr. Nowak is a guest speaker at national and international medical meetings and performs as preceptor to many physicians and surgeons training them in Dermatologic and Cosmetic Surgery procedures. He currently trains Residents through one of the UCSD medical training programs. Dr. Nowak's areas of expertise include:
