This picture book is about counting. The artwork is fine, seemingly intended to be "Kindergartenesque" in nature. Nevertheless, there seems to be something missing from this book--it would have worked much better if Lisa Jahn-Clough would have incorporated some rhyming words or phrases in this book. It's an element this book really could have used.

Recommended reading level: Age 4-7
