Linda Salem is the author of Children's Literature Studies. Cases and Discussions. She is a British Literature bibliographer for  Resources in College Libraries. She has written for the Encyclopedia of American Children's and Young Adult Literature and is co-editor of "New and Forthcoming in Education Reference" for Education Libraries. An assistant librarian at SDSU, she offers instruction sessions on research resources for the Children's Literature Program. She is comparative literature and french subject bibliographer for the library. A student in the Claremont/SDSU Ph.D. in education program, she does bibliographic research on world literature for children and young adults.
