Each semester CBA host several Study Abroad Workshops. ALL CBA students must attend one of these workshops BEFORE they can get individual study abroad advising.

Fall 2009 Study Abroad WORKSHOPS:

• Students must be present for the entire 1 ½ hour Workshop.

2. Monday, November 30, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm (PLEASE NOTE that this workshop will take place at the Love Library, room 431).

SPRING 2010 Study Abroad WORKSHOPS:

The following Workshop will take place at Career Services, Presentation Room, 1200

1. Monday, January 25th, 3:30-5:00 pm***
2. Wednesday, February 10, 3:00-4:30 pm ***
3. Monday, February 22, 10:30 am-12:00 pm ***
4. Thursday, March 18, 3:00-4:30 pm
5. Wednesday, April 14, 12:30-2:00 pm
6. Tuesday, May 4, 11:00 am-12:30 pm

***Please note that most application deadlines for going abroad during fall 2010 are before March 1st. The deadline for programs with Preliminary Applications is February 20th and for ISEP programs as early as January 15th. For this reason, for students planning to go abroad during fall 2010, they must attend one of the first three Workshops.

At these workshops you will learn:
• The opportunities available to you, including multiple-degree programs;
• The courses that you can take while abroad; and
• Instructions of how and when to complete a study abroad application.
