Internationally-known author and lecturer, Dr. Kevin Danaher, visited the SDSU campus and delivered a lecture to students in the International Business Society on April 29, 2009.
During his lecture, Danaher, an anti-globalization activist, talked about the need for big business to “share the wealth” with those farmers and laborers that are responsible for growing and manufacturing the products they sell. Danaher has led past efforts to persuade Nike and Starbucks to increase wages to their Third Word partners.
Danaher is the author of 12 books and is the co-founder of the Green Festivals.
