20th Annual Venture Challenge

SDSU’s Entrepreneurial Management Center (EMC) held the 20th Annual Venture Challenge on March 12 – 14, 2009 at the Mission Valley Marriott in San Diego.

This international MBA business plan competition invited students from 24 universities to present their business plans to a panel of judges consisting of business executives and venture capitalists.  Student teams competed for over $25,000 in awards.

2009 Winners:

1st Place: Brigham Young University – KT Tap

2nd Place: University of Texas, Austin – Wonder-Space Mobile

3rd Place: Georgetown University – SolarCycle
