On February 26, 2009, Josh Ligon of Ameriprise Financial visited the San Diego State campus in order to establish a potential recruiting relationship with university’s financial planning program. As part of the visit, Ligon met with 18 SDSU students to discuss how Ameriprise recruits potential candidates and to gather feedback from the students.
Ameriprise, the nation's largest financial planning firm, selected SDSU as one of only five schools in the nation from which to visit in order to establish a recruiting partnership.
