DeNoble name Educator of the Year by the T Sector’s inFUSION 04

Alex F. De Noble, EMC director of academic programs and professor of management for the College of Business, was recently named Educator of the Year at the inFUSION04 event sponsored by the T Sector, San Diego’s source for technology news and information.

inFUSION 04 is the annual premier executive Software, Internet & Electronics Awards gala serving leaders, legends, and innovators in San Diego’s information space. Awards were presented during the evening to winners selected by a prestigious list of judges from industry, technology and academia.

De Noble was selected for his teaching and research in the areas of strategic management and entrepreneurship. He serves as director of Venture Challenge and as an advisor for the SDSU business plan competition teams.

Just after the award was presented, De Noble traveled to Moscow and St. Petersburg to conduct training for Russian entrepreneurs, sponsored by the Foundation for Economic Development.
